As a new member of the Morton team, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment from the education and healthcare sectors. Originally from Adelaide, Kate ran her own successful recruitment agency for 11 years before transitioning to Human Resource Management. Her extensive background and passion for people made her the perfect fit for the role of People & Culture Leader at Morton. Kate was drawn to Morton by the similarities she saw between the recruitment and real estate industries, and she was excited to apply her transferable skills to a new field.

Kate is known for her strong focus on wellbeing, mental health, and building a positive culture. She is an extrovert who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working with the leadership team at Morton. Her colleagues appreciate her attention to detail, integrity, and excellent communication skills. Kate’s dedication to her work is reflected in her numerous awards, including five wins and 14 finalist positions, as well as her role as a RUOK? Community Ambassador. Outside of work, Kate loves spending time with her family, traveling to tropical locations, and enjoying outdoor activities like walking and swimming.
