His extensive experience spans roles such as HR and Communications Manager in mining, Project Manager for global tech projects, and Project Advisor to Cyient, where he enhances client solutions with enabling technology. Cameron has received several accolades, including a President's Award for Executive Contracting from Hudson Global Resources and a Service Award from Aeris Resources for his leadership in drastically improving company performance. His journey through various regions of Australia, from Swan Hill, Victoria to the Central Coast, has enriched his understanding and appreciation of the diverse landscapes and communities.

Cameron's passion for the property industry was ignited through his work with property tech solutions. A pivotal experience in selling a property portfolio and tech stack led him to realise the critical importance of service and customer relationships in this field. This revelation, combined with the high regard he holds for Morton's services and his fortuitous meetings with key figures like David Elton and Ewan Morton, inspired him to establish the Central Coast business of Morton. Outside of his professional endeavours, Cameron is an avid sports enthusiast. He has a history of playing rugby in high school and has been surfing since the age of eight. Currently, he enjoys playing and coaching basketball and aspires to find more time for golf.
