With over 12 years’ experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, Kate brings a dynamic approach to Morton, implementing new strategies, policies and procedures focusing on improving staff culture and performance.
Kate holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Diploma of Counselling and is a certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach. Passionate about people, she has facilitated leadership training and coaching and works closely with 'Young Professional Women Australia' supporting women navigating their careers.
Kate uses her extensive experience to make a positive impact to the success of Morton and their staff. She places importance on putting the ‘human touch’ back into Human Resources by developing strong relationships based on trust and integrity within the organisation.
