Risk versus Reward

I often think of the saying that if you want something done, ask a busy person to do it. Nothing to say

I will admit there are some weeks when I struggle to decide what issue is important enough to discuss in this blog. I know those who know me will say that I’m rarely short of an opinion and never short of something to say but this is one of those weeks when I’m not sure what to write about. There are a lot of acronyms in real estate but the one getting significant attention right now is FOMO. Many believe the strong market is being driven by the Fear Of Missing Out.
