Christmas Party in the Piazza • Wentworth Point

Morton are proud to be sponsoring this year’s Christmas in the Piazza! Join us at our stand this year where there’ll be activities for the entire family to enjoy! The Children’s Party will be from 2:30 to 5:00pm which will include lolly bags, drinks, face painting, meeting Santa and his special Elf, and then finishing it off with a “Bop Till You Drop” disco. ANZUP Below the Belt Pedalthon

Morton were proud to be part of the BTB Pedalthon this year. Working with the ANZUP group we were Gold Sponsors and raised over $10k to go towards cancer research and clinical trials for all ‘below the belt’ cancers (prostate, testicular, kidney and bladder).   12 Morton staff rode, and many volunteered their time on the day to support this amazing cause! Bumper prediction • Big Sydney auction results warm the future winter market

While hopes were high for many buyers, auction numbers still remained low over the weekend in Sydney as the weather turned cold and bleak. There were 471 scheduled auctions compared with this weekend last year, when 598 auctions were held. The number of auctions was low, but the preliminary clearance rate of 71% was one of the best results for the year. Domain economist Trent Wiltshire said it was a sign the market was beginning to improve, with the clearance rate at its highest point in more than a year.
