About Raquel

A hard-worker with a customer-focus mindset has made Raquel a dedicated accounting professional for the past 6 years with Morton. Prior to this, Raquel spent over 20 years working as an accountant and book-keeper in various fields, including Aged and Community Care to which she dedicated over 10 years of her working life, then went on to complete her Real Estate Licence. Raquel was nominated by the REINSW for Operational Support  for 2018

Hailing originally from South Africa, Raquel came to Australia with her young daughter to forge out a career that could combine her accounting skills and experience with her innate ability to manage people and problem solve. It was at Morton that Raquel would find this opportunity and flourish.

When not running her busy accounting department and team offshore, which has placed her in a role to manage the administration of the company,  Raquel loves making the most of her idyllic home surrounds of the Northern Beaches. With her daughter in her 20s, Raquel loves spending time with her and enjoying the beachside community and the many great restaurants and cafe’s on offer.
