Morton has been managing my property at Wentworth Point since completion of the Catania development over 10 years ago. There has been a company name change and therefore a change in the business however, I couldn’t be happier with Venny and the way she has manages my property.
Venny has been methodical with the administration of the issue of statements and concise with correspondence.
Communication has been clear and concise dealing with any issues timely and resolving them fairly and efficiently.
Venny has always been available for advice when it comes to tenants or leasing compliance requirements, ( giving notice to the tenant who recently vacated ). Venny also has been practical and no nonsense when it comes to any aspect of management of my property at Wentworth Point.
I’ve just returned from overseas and are planning to move into the apartment at the end of November. Venny has liaised with tradesmen and me co-ordinating work required, which is not easy given I was in Africa until 29 September.
