Having graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Master of Commerce - and completing her Real Estate License studies - Sandy chose to work in real estate because of the people. It was an opportunity for her to meet a lot of new people and learn more about the Australian culture. She chose to work at Morton due to its renowned company culture and positive working environment. 


Sandy's bi-lingual skills are an important asset in servicing Morton's many Chinese-speaking clients. Originally from Shanghai, China, Sandy entered the real estate industry in 2006, and moved into a Property Management role with Morton in 2011. Sandy was then promoted into our Projects team where she now focuses on new business growth and leasing for off-plan developments. Sandy prides herself on being able to offer her landlords tenanted properties as soon as they settle, ensuring them of minimal vacancy and maximum rent.


Sandy has successfully worked across 15 major projects right across Sydney, including East Village & Platinum Zetland where she now resides, and has introduced over 800 new landlords to the Morton.


Known for her cheerful and charming disposition, Sandy takes great pride in her role as a Senior Property Manager and New Business expert. Her clients continuously commend her professionalism, responsibility, attention to detail and genuine consideration for them. We are so happy to have her as part of Green Square team.
