Joining the company in 2003, Nick Frankel has enjoyed a variety of roles as the company has grown and developed. Nick was a sales agent on the Lower North Shore for three years and then became the Marketing Manager while he achieved his Masters Degree in Property Development from UTS in 2011.

Since 2013 Nick is focussed on building the business together with property developers and to give investor clients a better return with reduced vacancy. This is achieved through a collaborative approach with the builder, developer and the agents to deliver a coordinated approach to leasing new buildings and settling them into the market.

Nick has successfully established new offices in the Green Square and Penrith markets and continues to look out for new opportunities with work with the best and brightest in the industry.
