Throughout her extensive and varied professional career Tracey has found her roles have expanded in response to her ability to identify ways to improve systems and processes and determination to implement change to deliver positive outcomes for colleagues and clients.  Tracey combines big picture thinking with a keen eye for detail and applies these skills with an emphasis on delivering practical outcomes.

In her spare time Tracey is a producer for Treehouse Theatre working with refugee teenagers to put their true life stories onstage as a form of trauma therapy.
