Joining Morton in May 2024, Yohana Hernandez brings 15 years of experience in the real estate industry to her role as a Property Manager. Originally from Colombia, Yohana’s diverse background enriches her perspective and enhances her ability to connect with clients from various cultures. She was drawn to Morton for the new opportunity and the excitement of tackling different challenges on-site.

What Yohana loves most about working in real estate is the growth it offers and the chance to meet new people. As a skilled negotiator and a true people person, she excels in helping others and demonstrates remarkable patience. Her extensive knowledge and reliability set her apart; if Yohana says she will do something, she follows through.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, practicing Pilates, and taking in the beautiful coastal scenery. Living in Maroubra for 12 years, she appreciates the area’s charm. A proud mother of two, an 8-year-old son and a 19-year-old daughter; Yohana also cherishes her time with her beloved apricot toy poodle, April.
