Originally from the Philippines, Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Finance and has held various roles, including offshore team leader at Estia Health Australia, civil servant in the Philippines, real estate agent, and licensed financial advisor. Her diverse background and dedication to her work have made her an invaluable asset to Morton. Nicole is passionate about understanding every aspect of the business and works diligently to support her colleagues in finance, sales, and administration, ensuring that the values, branding, and culture that make Morton unique remain at the forefront.

Nicole is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to foster strong professional relationships. She takes pride in her leadership abilities, having successfully grown a team of remote professionals from two to six members between 2016 and 2019. She is efficient, hardworking, and has a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys travelling, exploring new cities and countries, and meeting exciting new people.
