Let’s not beat around the bush, the Sydney rental market is in crisis.
It will come as no surprise to our tenants and landlords that we are seeing unprecedented levels of interest in rental properties at the moment. In January we saw a 198% increase in enquiries, and 150% increase in applications compared to last year.
There are a lot of complicated legal and social elements that have compounded this crisis, and there is no easy fix.
