- Most Valued Player – Calvin Chan
Calvin dug deep and delivered his best quarter ever for GCI. September marked a record-breaking month for his team in terms of sales volume. His growth in leadership has been a standout. - Property Manager of the Quarter – Yohana Hernandez
Achieving 100% of her KPI measures, Yohana’s efficient and respectful communication with landlords and tenants is building lasting trust. - Q3 BDM Winner – Belinda Martin
Belinda brought in 36 new business opportunities: 14 in July, 13 in August, and 9 in September—an impressive and consistent performance. - Q3 Leasing Agent Winner – Austin Myo
Austin leased a remarkable 80 properties this quarter, showcasing his drive and effectiveness in the leasing space.
